We are a boutique planning studio specializing in destination weddings and immersive events, designed with purpose, intention, and beauty in every detail.

About Ximena Marín

Founder & Lead Planner

I'm Ximena — producer, artist, dreamer, and the mind behind The Tales Co.
Before I began designing weddings, I spent years working behind the scenes of television, film, and large-scale productions. I learned how to move between creative vision and airtight logistics, how to solve the unsolvable, and how to bring stories to life with intention, beauty, and flow.

But storytelling was always at the core.
My background in audiovisual production and event direction trained me to see every celebration like a cinematic experience — not just beautiful to look at, but meaningful, layered, and emotionally resonant.

I founded The Tales Co. to create events that are more than pretty settings: they are immersive narratives.
Weddings that reflect who you are, where you’ve been, and what you dream of — infused with style, soul, and deep personal meaning.

I’m endlessly inspired by design, art, travel, and the richness of human connection.
And what fulfills me most is seeing my clients arrive at their wedding day fully present, deeply themselves, and surrounded by something that feels just right — because it was created just for them.
