What’s your pricing?

Our planning fees typically range from $2,200 to $4,000 USD, depending on the scope and complexity of the event.
Each quote is personalized and delivered after our initial consultation.

Can I book a consultation before hiring?

Yes — and it’s required.
We only send proposals after a first consultation. This allows us to understand your vision and provide a personalized experience from the start.

What’s your planning style like?

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all weddings — we create events with soul, style, and intention. Our approach blends aesthetics and logistics seamlessly: we dream big with you, then make it happen with structure, flow, and ease. You’ll feel taken care of every step of the way.

Do you plan full wedding weekends?

Yes — and we love them.
Whether it’s a welcome dinner, a Mehndi celebration, a recovery brunch, or a curated itinerary for your guests, we help you design an experience that flows beautifully across the entire weekend.
Every moment matters, not just the ceremony.

How do payments work?

We usually divide our planning fee into three installments throughout the planning process.
That said, we’re happy to work out a custom payment plan if needed. Let’s keep it simple and transparent — together we’ll find what works best.

What types of events do you specialize in?

We plan destination weddings, elopements, social events, and cultural experiences — always with intention, elegance, and a personalized approach.

Do you only work in Mexico?

We’re based in Playa del Carmen, but we plan events all over Mexico and beyond.
Some of our favorite destinations include:
Los Cabos, Careyes, Punta Mita, San Miguel de Allende, Valle de Guadalupe, Riviera Maya, Tulum, Bacalar, Oaxaca, and Mexico City.

What’s included in full-service wedding planning?

Our full-service experience includes concept design, venue and vendor curation, budget and timeline management, communication, and complete coordination on the wedding day — and often the whole weekend.

Can you work with vendors I’ve already hired?

Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with any trusted vendors you’ve selected. If you haven’t chosen yet, we’ll help you find the perfect team.

Do you offer coordination-only packages?

Yes. We offer event coordination services for couples who already have most of the planning done but need support in bringing it all together. Let’s talk to see what fits your needs best.

How far in advance should we contact you?

Ideally 8–12 months before your wedding.
That said, we’ve planned weddings in as little as 4 months — and one, even in 20 days. Anything is possible.

Can I choose my own aesthetic?

Of course. Your story and style lead the way. We co-create a visual and emotional experience that feels like you — no templates here.
